Dear Neil,

The Elders and the Fellowship of the East Hull United Reformed Church have asked me to write to you, to express our delight at the high quality of work and the professional manner in which the recent extensive reinstatement works were undertaken.

We also wish to express our thanks for the thought and investigation undertaken by you and members of your staff in solving the numerous problems that arose; and your generosity in carrying out additional work at your expense. The effort that went into achieving the completion date was greatly appreciated, consdisdering the extra work we requested and obstacles encountered.

In addition we were also extremely pleased, as were the police, that when removing waste from the church, consideration was given to anti social behaviour and the effects of the of the use of skips on the local community - hence your decission to remove the vast amount of rubbish in one moveent.

Out thanks also got to your employees for the additional help they gave us over and above their workload, particularly towards the end, as we endeavoured to reopen.

It goes without saying that, when we are asked for a company to recommend, the Soper Group will be the first.
